June 22, 2025 – – – Cory Hedgecock, of Loudon, Tennessee, dominated the annual ‘J.T. Kerr Memorial’ on June 20-21 to claim his sixth win in the storied event for the 604 Crate Late Models! On Friday night during preliminary action at I-75 Raceway, Cory toured the Sweetwater, Tennessee venue fastest in his group during qualifying prior to picking up a victory in his heat race over Richie Stephens and Bradley Lewelling.
After rolling off from the outside of the front row in Saturday’s 60-lap Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series headliner, Cory paced the field for 56 of those circuits to record the $10,000 first place prize money. He beat Austin Yarbrough, Matt Henderson, Randy Weaver, and Jeremy Steele to the checkered flag to capture his third overall win of the 2025 campaign! Complete results from the ‘J.T.
