Hedgecock Lands Top 5 Finish with Iron-Man Series at I-75

Behind the wheel of his EZ-GO No. 23 Late Model, Cory Hedgecock visited I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) on Saturday night for the Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Series sanctioned program. After topping the 31-car field in time trials, Hedgecock salvaged a second place finish in his heat after getting penalized a row on the start. Starting the $4,000-to-win A-Main in sixth, Cory jumped up one spot in the 40-lapper to place fifth behind Heath Hindman, Ray Cook, David Payne, and Dustin Linville. (Josh James Artwork)
