Top-10 finish with Crate Racin' USA at Magnolia

Friday night found Cory Hedgecock in action at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Miss.) for the Crate Racin’ USA series sanctioned program. Outdueling Randall Beckwith to pick up the 12-lap consolation victory, Hedgecock locked into the 19th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win finale. Breaking into the Top-10, Cory passed 10 cars in the 75-lapper to register a ninth-place finish.
