Hedgecock scores podium finish in J.T. Kerr Memorial at 411

Cory Hedgecock was one of 35 Late Models on hand at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon for the 10th annual J.T. Kerr Memorial. Following the third fastest time in his group, Cory secured his spot into Saturday night’s $10,000-to-win A-Main with the third-and-final transfer spot in his heat race.

Rolling off 11th, Hedgecock passed eight cars in the 71-lap affair to register a third-place finish. He trailed Cameron and Randy Weaver to the checkers with Pierce McCarter and Booger Brooks rounding out the Top-5.
